This method assumes remote registry is enabled on the remote PC that you wish to access. If that is also disabled, a physical trip to the PC may be in order.

- Open Regedit and "Connect Network Registry..."
- Connect to the remote computer by name or IP address
- Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server
- Locate the fDenyTSConnections entry
- Change the value from 1 to 0
- You should now be able to connect via RDP
